Dr. Shannon Poach

Psychologist/Clinical Supervisor/CEO

Dr. Poach is a licensed clinical psychologist who established his South Bay psychotherapy practice in 2003. In 1994 he earned a Bachelor' s Degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. From 1994 to 1999 Dr. Poach provided counseling to adolescents working for the King County department of Juvenile Rehabilitation. In 1999 he moved to California where he first earned a Masters Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and then a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University.
Training, Education and Experience make you an expert. Dr. Poach has built his areas of expertise in a variety of clinical settings, including: the depart of Juvenile Rehabilitation, the San Diego Department of Health and Human Services, Harmonium, Inc. and, Scripps Hospital Outpatient Services in La Jolla. As a psychotherapist he has also collected hundreds of training hours through seminars associated with the American Psychological Association.
As a practicing clinician Dr. Poach is also a clinical supervisor of clinical doctoral students and registered by the State of California Board of Psychology. License number PSY 21910.

Dr. Eric Haynes

Psychological Assistant

Dr. Haynes has studied clinical psychology for over a decade and has practiced in the greater Los Angeles area treating children to older adults in individual, couples, group, and family therapy. He specializes in treating adolescents and young adults. His experience includes counseling children at Repetto Elementary School, treating substance abuse at Aegis Medical Systems, conducting short and long-term therapy at Saban Community Clinic, and providing psychological services at Glendale Adventist Hospital, Family Medicine Center.
Dr. Haynes utilizes a variety of different therapeutic techniques in treating his clients, including Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Relational Therapy. While technique and style of therapy are important to a therapist, he is aware that each individual, group, couple, and family is unique and will benefit from a therapist developing a therapeutic approach tailored to their own needs and circumstances.
Having grown up in the South Bay, Dr. Haynes has unique knowledge and insight into the advantages and obstacles one can encounter living here. With empathy, compassion, and care he is confident he can help the people of the South Bay heal and live healthy, more fulfilling lives. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, a Master's Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, Los Angeles.

Dr. Rob Rouault

Psychological Assistant

Dr. Robert Rouault helps adolescents and young adults overcome barriers interfering with their ability to live life to the fullest potential. His clients find new insight into their behaviors, uncover and utilize their strengths, and ultimately take more control of their lives. As a former college athlete with a background in the health and wellness industry, Dr. Rouault is uniquely qualified to work with his clients holistically to achieve physical and emotional wellness. Dr. Rouault works with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and those seeking improvements in athletics and other performance based endeavors.
Dr. Rouault received a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and completed his doctorate in Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He has a background working with students, including developing programs for Santa Monica and Palos Verdes schools.
